Escape Photo Contest: Winter 2023

I like to get out and check out local shops and restaurants. I live in Halifax but in this photo I went to Mahone Bay to see the winter sites.

My favourite winter activity is hockey! Here is a picture of me and my team, we recently played in a tournament in Moncton, NB and came second. I am the first person in the front row on the left. I am an RN at CRHCC ICU/ER. My friend Jenna Gogan, is the last person, front row on the right and is an LPN. 

I joined ski patrol this year as I love being outdoors in winter and this activity has definitely got me out and active, and helping the occasional new skier manage the hill and splint a few limbs as well!
26th years as RN, 4 months as first responder!

It’s was nice winter day for beach run, so we took time out of busy work life and took little break from routine.
