Education on MyNSNU

Accessing NSNU Education on the App

Click on the ‘Library’ option located in the left menu to access Courses, Documents, and Links.

Within the ‘Courses’ section, you can find all the available courses. Navigate to the ‘My Activities’ link on the left menu, you will see courses assigned to you. The NSNU assigns courses we produce to all members with no obligation to complete them.

Courses produced by NSNU have been approved for points by NSHA and IWK. However, we encourage you to check with your manager regarding eligibility. Employers may have other criteria for awarding points (e.g. can’t be too similar to a course you have already taken).

Practice Premium Points are indicated under the course title. Certain NSNU courses are divided into segments, and completion of each section is necessary to earn points.

There are courses available which have been developed by our App provider that may not be worth points (similar to what is required by some employers). Though some employers may award points.
